Retreats of the Manus

Manus – Progenitors Of The Root Races

The manus and their divine complements represent the Father-Mother God to their respective root races. The members of a root race embody together and have a unique archetypal pattern, divine plan and mission to fulfill on earth. The manus (Sanskrit for “progenitors” or “lawgivers”) ensoul the Christic image for the lifewave they sponsor. According to esoteric tradition, there are seven primary groups of souls, i.e., the first to seventh root races.

The first three root races lived in purity and innocence upon earth in three golden ages before the Fall of man. Through obedience to cosmic law and total identification with the Real Self, these three root races won their immortal freedom and ascended from earth.

It was during the time of the fourth root race, on the continent of Lemuria, that the allegorical Fall took place under the influence of the fallen angels known as Serpents (because they used the serpentine spinal energies to beguile the soul, or female principle in mankind, as a means of lowering the masculine potential).

The fourth, fifth and sixth root races remain in embodiment on earth today. The seventh root race is destined to incarnate on the continent of South America in the Aquarian age.

Lord Himalaya, Manu of the Fourth Root Race

Himalaya is the manu of the fourth root race and is a Master of masters. His pupils have been Lord Gautama, Lord Maitreya, El Morya, Kuthumi and thousands of others.

Disciples who are privileged to sit at his feet must learn to blend their consciousness with his, and as their pulse becomes one with the rhythm of his threefold flame, they receive the ideations of his mind, with never a word spoken. Those who master the art of telepathy always leave Himalaya’s Retreat of the Blue Lotus Temple with hearts full and with a mantra that is the key to the unfoldment of their divine plan.

Vaivasvata, Manu of the Fifth Root Race

Vaivasvata Manu and his consort are the manus for the fifth root race with their etheric retreat in the Himalayas. As manus, they hold the archetypal pattern for that root race and sponsor the Christic path for all souls of that evolution. Vaivasvata is a Sanskrit word meaning “sun-born” – born of the Sun, born of the Great Central Sun. In Hindu teachings, Vaivasvata is a poet, sage and guru.

God and Goddess Meru, Manus of the Sixth Root Race

The God and Goddess Meru are manus of the sixth root race maintaining their retreat at the Temple of Illumination over the Island of the Sun in Lake Titicaca. These masters are also the sponsors of education, advanced learning, the acceleration of the mind, the heart, the soul and the full development of the potential of the unborn child and all children as they mature.

The God and Goddess Meru enshrined the Mother flame at their retreat on the etheric plane to make up for the loss of the focus of the flame on the ancient Motherland.

Great Divine Director, Manu of the Seventh Root Race

The Great Divine Director is the manu of the seventh root race, which is destined to embody in South America. The Great Divine Director and Saint Germain maintain the Rakoczy Mansion in Transylvania as a focus of freedom for Eastern and Western Europe as well as his Cave of Light Retreat in the Himalayas.
