In Accra, the capital of Ghana, there is a monument known as the Freedom and Justice Arch – anchoring the Flame of Justice that is focused in Portia’s retreat and the Flame of Freedom situated in Elohim Arcturus’ retreat. This arch focuses as an outer arc of the inner etheric retreat of Portia.

The violet flame retreat of the Elohim Arcturus and Victoria is located south of Ghana in Luanda, Angola.
